30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it for a prompt and courteous refund, modification or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Our policy starts from the day you receive your merchandise. Please call us toll free at 1-800-334-5533 in advance for a “return control number” and the correct return address. Please return the products in good condition in the original packing, if possible. Please include all paperwork via insured, prepaid UPS or Parcel Post. Also indicate the return control number on your shipping label. We will credit your original method of payment for the full price you paid for the merchandise returned. (Restocking fee may apply to some items.)
