I never do this, but Cyndy in sales prompted this recommendation. With the follow ups she surprised me with, was going way beyond what I normally expect. I ordered the sergeant safe jack but needed it before a certain date (to do suspension work prior to vacation). She stated no problem. Instead of letting it go when she realized it wasn’t going to make it. She reached out to me, to let me know. So I cancelled the order(ordered somewhere else at a higher price). As it turns out that order also was not going to make it in time. Then Cyndy called me back after the weekend to state they now have the product and can get it to me in time. I thought to myself wow, what a way to keep a potential customer. Hang on to this girl, give her a raise. I am now a loyal RV Toy Store customer( due to Cyndy), I am placing another order (I’m like a kid in a candy store when it comes to our toy hauler) just because of her. Thanks again Cyndy
